This is a practice session, just a bit of random doodling with my Wacom Tablet. I used the hexadecimal color #850000 and Photoshop Elements 8.0. It took about 30 minutes. Oh, and her pants weren't a mistake: they were supposed to be over-the-top puffy, like Jasmine from Disney Princesses. Please see it in full view. :)
