This is Nightmare B.B. He was added to FnaF 4 in the new Halloween Edition on Oct. 31st. He stars in a new mini game called Fun with Balloon Boy.(Originaly "Fun with Plushtrap") One more Nightmare animatronic to go before the beginning of the FnaF World Characters/Animatronics. Stay tuned for more FnaF content.
