This is a drawing of the character, Miss Kitty, from the underrated Disney film "The Great Mouse Detective." When Basil of Baker Street and Doctor Dawson's search for Ratigan leads them to the docks and to a tavern called "The Rat Trap." It's there we meet Miss Kitty, the tavern's singer. She is a very minor character but she's got a wonderful voice.
