This is Mile harper, the 2nd main character of Black ops 2 other than David Mason. He makes his first appearance I'm the 1st 2025 mission celerium. He's an unplayable character however. His last appearance is in Achilles veil if you decide to kill him. If he lives, you have no choice but to let Karma die; nevertheless, he makes more appearances in every other mission in 2025.
