My friend Noob asked me what I might look like as a Lugia, and this is what came to mind. I was coloring it, and I realized I forgot to add the plates on my back, so I had to add them in with a Sharpie DX Ah, well. =/ Love how well it turned out, though XD Lugia belongs to Pokemon, not me. COMPLETELY hand-drawn. I own nothing except for the drawing itself. It's been a while since I hand-drew anything... Fortunately, I'm still good at it xD This is kind of a Pokemon Anthro XD
