This drawing was inspired by one of my best friends on dragoart named Halo_4_Warrior, she drew herself as a Lugia (one of her favorite legendaries) so I decided to do the same thing :) I drew myself a navy blue because I always wear this jacket that consists of that color, some blue to represent the color of Noob Saibot's eyes, along with the purple as well. I had a lot of fun doing this one actually :3 I don't own pokemon or it's characters, all belong to Nintendo.
