This piece was a little bit trickier, it is hard with ice because I don't have that icy blue color. That's why I used the lightest blue marker I have along with silver. I did not color in the dress so I could add more white. You can also notice that her skin is a very light color, I shaded it with my skin colored pencil, but I did it very lightly.
