I try to make this a little bit romantic storytelling making the setting in NYC and have it rain. The guy is having a tough day and a just now a taxi sped by and splashed a puddle, only to have the water land all over him. All soaked up, the guy looks up and sees a very pretty girl holding a purple umbrella. The girl saw the entire thing and felt sorry for the guy. So she offers him shelter from rain and story goes on from there.
