Gift for my friend ^^ She's been going through a rough patch lately, thus I wanted to make her something to hopefully cheer her up! Materials I used were watercolour for the background, felt-tips for the fin, black ballpoint pen for the outline of the figure, coloured pencils, and paint tool sai to add in luminous effects.
