Flandre Scarlet from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. EoSD is part of a game series from a PC 2D Shooter game called Touhou. Flandre's a vampire and she's the Final (6th) boss in the game. She's my favourite Touhou character with Sakuya Izayoi being second. I like her theme, 'UN Owen Was Her?'
