Actually this is just a partial of a picture I am working on. I used a 0.7 mechanical pencil for a quick outline. Then started with a 6b graphite for shading. I off and on used the 6b and a soft carbon pencil for black look. The real kicker was the flash from my camera made the greenish distorted look. I thought wow that's cool. Saved and passing on that accidental info!
