I for one, think Elsa is amazing and really relateable when you think about it. See now lets say her story was reality. She has been scared, pretty much, her whole life because she might hurt someone. She stayed closed off and then she ran away because she couldn't handle the pressure. Then when she finds a place where she can be free, and express herself, shes finally happy. But then Anna comes and then the pressure hits her like a pile of bricks, but she still finds the power to make things right when everything goes to fail.
