This is Daelek. He is like the 'leader' of the clan of assasins. I don't really like calling him a 'leader' as its a stupid name to call him.. well if you're obsevant enough you'll pick up a few things from the mosaic window ;D Daelek is a friendly character but in a way that makes you suspicious of him... Well that's all im gonna say! ;)
