This guy is from that japanese fighting game Guilty GearX2 his name is Chipp Zanuf i think, hes got this blade thing attatched to this band thing around his arm, hes extremely fast like superhuman kinda fast because hes learned like the killer instincts or something. hes got a weird as 5star instant kill move that just kills you..instantly..this guy is cool as in the game and theres a couple of others i might draw but so far its this guy and that i-no chick.
