This is my second Chibi done from LoveTheNekos tutorial "How to Draw a Chibi Girl Neko. I love her art soooo much until I have a desire to do all her cute Neko/Chibi girls. I did this first in designer markers. Turned out ugly. Then I went over in Acrylic & watercolor and outlined with an Archive Ink pen at 3.0 pts. The scan lit up shadows and harsh brush streaks. So I smoothed them out the best I could in Photoshop. Took me about 5 hours to do this drawing. :wow: It's not easy as it looks.
