About: I just turned 17, and I've always loved drawing. I've used the name Journie on pretty much everything ever since i joined this website some years back called VMK (virtual magic kingdom). it was like club penguin except free and actually fun. but unfotunately, disney closed it down a while back :(. I've kept the name ever since. I don't really have a favorite color :S :)My favorite manga artists are Kim Hyung-Tae (i so wish i could get one of the oxide art books) and Tatsuyuki Tanaka :D
The kind of style I'm trying to use is, not quite manga, but a Korean style manhwa (its the kind Kim Hyung-Tae uses) it "disregards anatomical accuracy to give a feel to a character" meaning the pose the character is doing doesn't necessarily have to be possible, but it looks awesome when it's done right.
