How to Draw a Space Alien

Go ahead and draw a rounded triangle for the body guide and then a guideline straight down the middle.

Next, draw and color in a circle for the eye and leave that glare as well.

We will draw the textured surface on the top part of the space alien and these bumps are different sized eye masses.

Now you can draw a flared out style mushroom shape like you see here and notice the wavy lining for the back side.

Draw the rest of the eyeball and then add rib detailing to the inside of the underside of the space alien's mushroom like body.

Here you will draw the trunk style stem or body shape for the space alien. Add the textured lines within the body shape.

Lastly, draw the planets that are floating around your space alien. Erase the mistakes and guides.

Here is the line art, now add some color to this newly drawn space alien.

Description: What's up folks. I hope everyone is staying safe and sound and away from the craziness that is going on in the world. To me the year 2020 is turning out to be a tumultuous year and it's making me feel more and more like a space alien because sometimes I don't even know what is going on and feel a lot like an alien. So today, I wanted to make a lesson on how to draw a space alien, step by step. This space alien is a bit different, but still an alien nonetheless. I love the way the concept came out and I do believe you will enjoy this lesson because it's lots of fun to draw. So go ahead and tackle the task of drawing a space alien.
