1

Begin with a round shape for the head and then draw the guides for the face and neck.

2

Begin drawing the shapes or pattern to form the front part of the cheetah's forehead, snout and cheek. These marks should be colored in black or bold.

3

On with drawing the mouth which is roaring so be sure to draw it wide open. Color in the bottom jaw solid and add some whiskers along with the black nose.

4

It's now time to work on the face some more. Draw in the ear and add the cheetah style spots on the face. Define the cheek in better detail by making a thick bump.

5

All you have to do here is draw the teeth and tongue followed by the other side of the inner part of the cheetah's cheek.

6

Finally we will finish off this task by drawing the back and neck for your cheetah. Add the thick bold lines and some spots throughout. Erase the visible guidelines and shapes as well as the mistakes.

7

That's it, you are all done. Now you can color in your tribal cheetah before you add the drawing to your tribal animal drawing collection.

Description: Up next we have a lesson on another tribal animal piece and this time it's going to be on how to draw a tribal cheetah, step by step. I love drawing tribal animals and since I haven't done any in a long while, I thought making a tribal cheetah drawing would be something that many folks would love to see and tackle. The cheetah is probably one of my favorite big cat animals. I loved the movie 'Duma' which is about a young boy and his pet cheetah named Duma that hes had since he was a young lad and since the cheetah was a small cub. His father found the young cheetah on the side of the road when it's mother was killed. Anyways, have fun drawing this tribal cheetah folks. I will be back soon with more lessons for you all.
